I know some marketers do not care about making their products valuable in order to benefit in the long run. They value immediate financial gains more than future respect. 3. Be A Great Source Of Inspiration: Many new or struggling marketers,like you, are easily discouraged. I know this because I was struggling to make my first sale on the internet. But I was always inspired when my mentor said ‘just hang in there I know you are going to make it.’ This statement sort of removed a huge load off my shoulders. So you too can be an inspiration to anyone in a different way. Just share, with them, the difficulties you have gone through (in your marketing for example) and how you were able to overcome them.

4. Be A Reservoir Of Education: In addition,constantly provide your team members with training. Draw an internet marketing education syllabus for them. In this syllabus make sure you deal with important issues like selling and explaining to prospects.
